Cats are obligate (strict) carnivores and are very different from dogs in their nutritional needs. What does it mean to be an ‘obligate carnivore’?  It means that your cat was built by Mother Nature to get her nutritional needs met by the consumption of a large amount of animal-based proteins (meat/organs) and derives much less nutritional support from plant-based proteins (grains/vegetables).

Grace and Twilight eat Evo Turkey & Chicken Formula dry Cat and Kitten Food, with 50% protein through-out the day, and for added essential moisture in the morning and evening, they eat Hills Science Diet Indoor Savory Chicken, with 35.5% protein.  Fresh water is always available upstairs, downstairs and on The Porch at Eden Close.
